There are three kinds of certificates available for the recordings of the May 2020 “When Data Matters” conference:
AMA CMEs
IICRC
Certificate of Attendance - Typically for organizations like ACAC that do not have an official format, but give credits for attendance at relevant events.

CONFERENCE CREDITS: You will need these two files:
C1: Conference CME Tracking File
C2: Conference Evaluation
Step 1: Click on the download link above.
Step 2: Go to the download folder on your computer. Look for the downloaded folder named “CME-Files-Recorded-May2020-MoldCongress”. Open that folder and you will find both files mentioned above.
Step 3: You can either :
Enter the information directly into the fillable PDFs you saved on your computer. At the end of the conference, you will upload these saved file to request certificates.
BE SURE TO “SAVE” THE PDF EACH TIME YOU MAKE ENTRIES - BEFORE CLOSING THE FILE. THIS WILL ENSURE YOUR PREVIOUSLY ENTERED DATA IS STILL THERE.
OR
Print the PDF and write in the information. If you choose this method, you will have to scan your filled-out paper and upload the resulting file.
Step 4: To get certificates after the conference, you must upload two files for the conference - CME Tracking and Conference Survey.
